About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced childcare professional to join our team as a Nursery Room Manager at Busy Bees Camberley Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
About the Responsibilities
- Ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
- Take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staff team.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements whilst guiding and managing the team in your room.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high-quality service that meets the needs of our children and families.

About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a qualified and experienced childcare professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care to our children. You will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner. You will be a strong communicator and team player with a commitment to continuous professional development.
