Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Camberley. As a key member of our nursery, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about childcare and has a Level 3 Childcare qualification. Previous experience working with children is essential, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Observing, assessing, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS guidelines
  • Taking ownership of the development and progress of our children, ensuring they receive a stimulating and nurturing environment
  • Working closely with parents and carers to support children's needs, including SEND/ASL requirements
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive nursery culture, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development in all children
