About the Role
As a Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the needs of every individual child are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
- Taking ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS.
- Ensuring we encourage and praise children's development and achievements while guiding and managing the team in your room.
