**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our Premier Inn team in Camberley. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving hotel performance and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, with experience in leading teams to achieve outstanding results. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and motivate a team of Front of House and Housekeeping staff to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards.
  • Work closely with the team to manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to maintain our position as the UK's number one hotel chain.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance hotel performance.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel, maintaining our high-quality standards.

**What We Offer:
