With a strong background in customer retention and experience working in the online casino and sportsbook sector, you will have a solid understanding of the UK market. Your ability to collect and analyse data, interpret results, and communicate insights effectively will be essential in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive retention programs that align with business objectives;
  • Create and implement engaging campaigns to boost customer retention and satisfaction;
  • Design and optimise rewards programmes to enhance customer experience;
  • Develop campaigns tailored to the UK market;
  • Collaborate with teams to evaluate business needs and introduce process improvements;
  • Present clear campaign results, metrics, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry, preferably within the UKGC regulated market;
  • Experience managing rewards programmes or customer loyalty initiatives;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships;
  • Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve goals.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000-£65,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
