Job Title: Contact Centre Team Leader

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to join our engineering firm. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and increasing revenue growth through effective team management and strategic planning.

This is a senior leadership position that requires a high level of expertise in contact centre operations, workforce management, and performance analysis. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement initiatives to drive business growth and customer loyalty. Your exceptional leadership and communication skills will enable you to motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of contact centre agents, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet their performance targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address any challenges.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to measure team performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize results.
About Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a contact centre management role, preferably in a dynamic industry like engineering.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
  • Expertise in workforce management techniques, including scheduling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
