Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within our schools. This is a permanent, part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary up to £63,840 (FTE, DOE).

In this role, you will work closely with education teams to provide guidance and support, as well as engage in professional development training for all staff. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to service-wide development groups and participate in regular clinical supervision outside of line management.

The ideal candidate will possess a doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology, be registered with the HCPC, and have excellent communication skills. You will also need to be creative and resilient, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
