About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Educational Psychologist to work with schools in Shropshire on a permanent, 41-week contract basis. As an Educational Psychologist with our team, you will work closely with schools to develop therapeutic environments and implement Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practices.

You will also have opportunities to contribute to service-wide development groups and collaborate with a network of Practitioner Psychologists. Additionally, you will engage in professional development training and supervise agreed members of the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools
  • Supervise agreed members of the clinical team
  • Engage in professional development training for all staff

You will join a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated clinical staff, working alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, and Assistant Psychologists.

Requirements
  • A doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology
  • Excellent communication skills and strong assessment and report writing abilities
Salary and Benefits
