**Job Title:** Clinical Mobility Therapist

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is a leading healthcare provider seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mobility Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility and confidence through compassionate care.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year (full-time) or $80-$100 per hour (part-time)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand impairments, determine rehabilitation potential, and monitor progress. Effectively communicate findings with the care team and counsel patients and their families.
  • Customized Treatment Plans: Design and implement individualized therapy plans, incorporating functional mobility training, therapeutic exercises, and the use of assistive devices. Conduct progressive tests to assess patient improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and train staff to uphold departmental standards. Ensure proper scheduling to meet patient care needs.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid NJ State Physical Therapist license.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience (new graduates are welcome).
  • Proficiency in manual therapy and EMR platforms such as WebPT.
