Nurse Practitioner Role

This is an excellent chance to work as a skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) with our team at Nurseplus. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various care settings.
Main Duties:- Design and implement care plans tailored to individual patients' needs
- Perform regular health checks and monitor patients' vital signs
- Maintain open lines of communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Effectively administer medications and interact with patients and their families
- Hold current NMC registration
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in the UK for at least 6 months
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments
- Strong communication skills in English
- Hourly rate: £23.02 - £42.03 with weekly payment
