About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Urology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at West Suffolk Hospital. The successful candidate will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and treatment to patients with urological conditions.

**Main Duties:**

  1. Assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating care as an autonomous practitioner.
  2. Providing specialist psychological, social, and practical support to patients and their families.
  3. Acting as the first point of contact for patients during investigation, diagnosis, and treatment.

**Person Specification:**

  • Registered Nurse with a degree qualification.
  • Significant clinical experience in urology.
  • Recognized as an expert in the field of urology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
  • Highly motivated and compassionate team member and practitioner.

**Salary and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, pro rata, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
