Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner for Young Adults to join our team in Suffolk. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young adults and their families, and be able to demonstrate effective risk assessment and management skills.

This role involves undertaking assessments of young people, working collaboratively with families and other supporting agencies to manage needs, as well as holding a caseload and undertaking duty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake assessments of young people and develop personalized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with families and other agencies to manage needs and provide support
  • Hold a caseload and undertake duty as required
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with young adults and their families
  • Effective risk assessment and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including 27 days annual leave, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.
