Job DescriptionThis exciting role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and coordinate care for adults with mental health conditions. You will work closely with service users, carers, and other healthcare professionals to promote person-centred care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Qualifications and Experience- Relevant degree-level education and postgraduate diploma level experience in mental health.
- Proven track record of working effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Sound knowledge of evidence-based mental health practice and legislation.
- Experience in assessing and managing risk.
- Leadership skills and ability to supervise staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary range of £28,880 - £37,119 per annum.
