Overview

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including mental health, learning disability, wellbeing, and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk. We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Adult Community to join our team.

Salary

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, including a starting salary of £15000 per annum, which will increase over the next 3 years. Additionally, relocation expenses up to £12000 can be reimbursed. This is in addition to a loyalty scheme bonus of £2500 over 5 years and a professional development budget of £2000 per annum.

Job Description

The post holder will provide clinical leadership to the community team, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and other adult service staff. They will provide advice and guidance to colleagues in primary care, conduct clinical assessments and reviews of patients, and contribute to teaching and supervision of medical students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses excellent leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A driving licence and experience of supervising junior medical staff are also essential.
