Community Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Resident Engagement Officer to join our Housing Services Community Team.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Community Investment Manager to develop a modern approach to tenant and leaseholder engagement, ensuring compliance with the Social Housing Consumer Standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Embedding a culture of tenant engagement across housing services teams;
- Ensuring compliance with the Social Housing Consumer Standards;
- Expanding and diversifying the current tenant and leaseholder engagement offer;
- Drafting annual reports and newsletters;
- Keeping the website updated;
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in community engagement and public administration.
A competitive salary of £28,163 - £30,559 per annum is on offer, along with a range of benefits including an excellent pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and flexible working arrangements.
