Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Community Outreach Coordinator - Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an Early Help Coordinator, you will work alongside practitioners from various organisations to identify the needs of children and families, agree next steps, and follow up to ensure practitioners are confident in leading co-ordinated packages of support that improve outcomes for children, young people, and their families using Gloucestershire's Graduated Pathway of Early Help.

You will be part of a skilled team actively effecting positive change for children and families by facilitating the right support at the right time. You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate Early Help services that make a difference for children, their families, and communities.

About You

">

To succeed in this role, you will need experience of working with children, young people, families, and/or communities, along with effective partnership working skills. You should be able to problem-solve creatively and work with partners to meet the needs of children, young people, families, and communities.

You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use IT and case management systems. This role involves a combination of agile and hybrid working, office-based activities determined by the needs of the organisation.
