We are seeking a seasoned Controller EMEA Region to oversee our financial operations in the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and audit preparation.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong background in finance, accounting, and leadership. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial controls and accounting policies across the EMEA region.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and audit preparation.
  • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial guidance and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in finance leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred.
  • CPA certification required, with expertise in GAAP and IFRS.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with ability to drive results under tight deadlines.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive financial excellence in a rapidly growing company.
