Learning Support Assistant for Autism

We are seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to provide individualized support to a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a dynamic Secondary School setting.
About the Role:- Deliver tailored educational and healthcare plans to enhance student development
- Collaborate closely with teachers to implement effective EHCPs and ILPs
- Provide 1:1 support to a student with ASD, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth
- Develop and implement personalized learning strategies to meet the student's unique needs
- Work collaboratively with the school community to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
- Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service
- Experience working with students who have SEMH, ASD, ADHD, MLD, or PMLD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic nature
- $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise
