Are you a motivated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Aspire People, supporting children with Autism in a Good school in North Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities- Providing individualized support to students with Autism, promoting independence and confidence
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Level 3 or 2 qualification in Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience working with children with Autism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- A salary of up to £28,000 per annum
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
