Lifeway's Group is committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and other complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care and promoting independence.

You will work on a flexible rota basis, including evening and weekend shifts, and be required to contribute to the development of individualized care plans. If you have experience working with people with autism or similar complex needs, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:
  • Support individuals with autism and other complex needs to live fulfilling lives
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development of individualized care plans and risk assessments

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with autism and other complex needs
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
