Job Overview

As a Senior HR Generalist at White & Clayton Recruitment, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to employees, management, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and advice on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related activities.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to resolve conflicts and address HR-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of general HR experience, with a strong background in HR operations and employee relations.
  • CIPD Membership or equivalent certification.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
