Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have extensive experience in LEAN and HR Programme Management?

Our client are seeking a highly motivated Lean/Agile HR Programme Manager to join their dynamic team on a contract basis (either FTC or day rate). In this remote role, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the employee lifecycle, partnering with business analysts across the organization to ensure a seamless and efficient HR experience.



What you'll do:

  • Take a lead as Programme Manager, working with HR and across functions
  • Oversee in-depth analysis of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.
  • Implement Lean/Agile methodologies to optimize HR workflows and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business analysts across departments to ensure HR processes align with business needs.
  • Ensure optimisiation of HR systems
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to HR challenges.



What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as an HR Process Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Lean/Agile principles and their application within HR.
  • Track record of leading similar projects adn teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR technology and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
