Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have extensive experience in LEAN and HR Programme Management?
Our client are seeking a highly motivated Lean/Agile HR Programme Manager to join their dynamic team on a contract basis (either FTC or day rate). In this remote role, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the employee lifecycle, partnering with business analysts across the organization to ensure a seamless and efficient HR experience.


Take a lead as Programme Manager, working with HR and across functions
Oversee in-depth analysis of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.
Implement Lean/Agile methodologies to optimize HR workflows and maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with business analysts across departments to ensure HR processes align with business needs.
Ensure optimisiation of HR systems
Develop and implement innovative solutions to HR challenges.


Proven experience as an HR Process Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of Lean/Agile principles and their application within HR.
Track record of leading similar projects adn teams
Proficient in HR technology and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
Remote working flexibility.
Day rate £500-£600 per day or FTC - Salary Neg.
