Breastfeeding Support Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Breastfeeding Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Children & Young People Team, you will be responsible for developing supporting Breastfeeding in the Community project. This involves establishing and embedding implementation processes, including maintenance of a local database, and monitoring progress of participating early learning centres.
The successful candidate will engage with families, health professionals, and early years staff to develop and maintain breastfeeding support in Borders. You will also contribute to related activities aimed at promoting breastfeeding uptake and continuation rates. A salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong project planning, management, and implementation skills, as well as experience working in a relevant field. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
