Outage Coordinator

Network Plus Services is seeking a dedicated Outage Coordinator to join our team. As an Outage Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing close-out calls with customers at the end of a job, ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with everything we have done. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will be required to collaborate with support staff to ensure seamless communication and reporting of site conditions, provide exceptional customer service and support during site visits, and document findings and report any discrepancies or issues to management for further action.
