Service Coordinator

Compass are looking for motivated staff members to join our team, supporting individuals within their own homes to maintain their physical and mental health needs. We support individuals to promote their independence and opportunities within the home, work and in social activities. Experience in Health or social care setting essential due to the supervisory role.
Service Coordinators are based in supporting clients and staff one service and on a day to day basis take responsibility for shift planning/ rotas, staff supervision, support planning and the completion of paperwork ( please note this is not a full time office role and hands on clients support required). If you are looking for a new challenge and have skills that include being confident, positive, and flexible in your approach this may be the role for you. The role involves hands on support as well as admin time and will involve a small amount of out of hours duty.
This is a new role in our organisation and you have an opportunity to be part of the development and implementation of our exciting changes
QCF 3 desirable and agreement to complete level 4
Experience in social Care **essential** due to the supervisory aspects of the role.
