My client based in Bury St Edmunds are looking to appoint a Service Coordinator into their already established team. Ideally, to be successful in this role you will have experience within hospitality, or experience within an office-based customer servicerole. This role does involve weekend and evening work on a rota basis.
**What’s involved?**
- Answering all customer service calls efficiently, maximising team call response.
- Offering support and advice to customers to achieve fixes to issues over the phone where possible.
- Raising jobs accurately on the company system, and ensure all information is correct.
- Action all areas of admin tasks on the system where needed.
- Participate in ongoing product training to ensure you understand the product and can offer as much support to customers as needed.
- Escalate any higher issues to management
**Why you?**
You will be a great communicator, who will be able to work well as part of a team. Ideally, you will have experience working within hospitality, or working within an office-based customer service role. You will be self-motivated and will be proactive andhighly organised. If you have had experience within planning and allocating engineer workload, this would also be desirable.
