Job Title: Adult Services Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee the cleaning operations at one of our prestigious sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team and taking responsibility for delivering high-quality services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with working hours. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting site audits, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of up to 10 cleaning operatives
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality
  • Conducting weekly audits and monitoring performance
  • Liaising with clients and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients

Requirements:

  • A willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
