Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health services in the East Midlands. We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist for Older Adults to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical services to older adults, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will also contribute to service development activities, working closely with the Consultant to ensure that services meet the needs of older adults and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services to older adults, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Contribute to service development activities, including the design and implementation of new services and programs
  • Work closely with the Consultant to ensure that services meet the needs of older adults and their families
  • Provide training and supervision to other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

About the Salary:

The salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, to support work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS)
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) upon completion of doctoral training
  • Experience of working with older adults, including those with cognitive impairment and/or dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
