About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our team at United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of physiotherapists in providing high-quality patient care in various clinical areas, including Cardiorespiratory, Older Adults, Medical, Stroke, Surgery/ICU, and amputee outpatients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience as a physiotherapist in a variety of NHS clinical areas, including experience in the treatment of Medical/Stroke/Respiratory/HDU/ICU/Older adults. They will also possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise junior therapy staff, contribute to education, and participate in audit, research, and quality improvement initiatives.

In addition to their clinical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families. They will also be able to meet the travel requirements of the post, which may involve working across multiple sites within the trust.

This is a full-time role, working as part of a 7-day service, with opportunities for professional development and growth. We offer a competitive salary of £45,413 - £53,619 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
