**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at The Laurels, a leading neurological rehabilitation service provider. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering a highly specialist Speech and Language Therapy service to patients with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have experience working within neurorehabilitation and be registered with the HCPC. You will also need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Managing and prioritising a caseload of patients with highly complex speech, language and communication impairments and swallowing difficulties.
  • Delivering goal-focused, intensive MDT therapy in a person-centred, meaningful way.
  • Further developing your skills and knowledge working with clients who have complex cognitive-communication, language and speech disorders following brain injury, both 1:1 and in small therapy groups.
