Mental Health Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead the development of mental health services for older adults in Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults and contribute to the growth of our mental health services.

The successful candidate will have a doctoral level qualification in Clinical Psychology, registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and significant experience working with older adults, individuals with cognitive impairment and/or dementia, and complex mental health difficulties.

Key responsibilities include leading service development projects, providing clinical supervision, recruitment and supervision of staff, and contributing to quality improvement projects.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 - £84,400 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working options and training opportunities.
