Protocol Education is a specialist agency providing education support and SEND services. We offer exciting opportunities for psychology graduates to work in Primary, Secondary, and SEND schools across the region.

Salary:£85-£90 per day (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support students with SEND and SEMH needs in their academic journey. As a SEND/Mental Health Support Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing individualized strategies and interventions to ensure each student's full participation in education.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implementing individualized strategies and interventions to support students with SEND and SEMH needs.
  • Assisting teachers and SEND staff in delivering tailored learning plans for students.
  • Monitoring and tracking students' progress to identify any additional support needed.
  • Fostering a safe and inclusive environment where students feel supported and motivated to succeed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Knowledge of SEND and SEMH policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
