Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pyschology Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Bradley Complex Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual and group interventions, diagnostic and cognitive assessments, and risk assessments.

About the Role:

  • As a Mental Health Professional, you will have experience in assessing complex needs and designing specialist psychological treatments to support service users' care plans.
  • You will work alongside the multidisciplinary team to support people with complex conditions, needs, and risks who display behaviours of concern and pose challenges for services.
  • Part of your responsibilities will include conducting high-quality direct and indirect specialist psychological interventions, making autonomous clinical decisions, and maintaining high standards of care.

What You'll Need:

  • BPS recognised psychology degrees
  • HCPC registration
  • Chartered Psychologist status and appropriate post-graduate qualifications
  • Approved supervisor within the guidelines of the BPS and relevant division
  • Understanding of evidence-based psychological practice
  • Experience of applying psychological knowledge to a clinical setting
  • Experience working with clients with cognitive deficits
  • Previous experience of conducting research and project working
