Support Role

We are seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate to fill a key support role in Lincoln. As an academic mentorship professional, you will work closely with students, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted support to students, focusing on their academic and personal growth
  • Aid students during lessons, ensuring they stay on track and meet their goals
  • Contribute to the student support unit, sharing expertise and best practices

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) Psychology or A-Level in Psychology: Essential qualifications for this role
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to process one: Safeguarding is our number one priority
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Building strong relationships with students and staff
