We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a talented Academic Staff Member to join our team at Lincoln College as a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering. This role involves providing exceptional teaching and assessment to students across FE, apprenticeship, and HE Mechanical Engineering programmes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success, while also contributing to curriculum innovation and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Assessment: Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to students on Mechanical Engineering programmes, ensuring they meet academic standards and achieve their full potential.
  • Curriculum Development: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and review Mechanical Engineering programmes, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Student Support: Provide support and guidance to students, promoting a positive learning environment and encouraging them to reach their goals.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to maintain expertise and enhance teaching practice.

Estimated Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package including Teachers' Pension Scheme, holiday entitlement, and access to Perkbox - Global Employee Benefits and Rewards Platform.
