Job Summary

About the Role
As an Academic Development Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing student knowledge and skills beyond academic boundaries. Your contributions will empower students to achieve remarkable progress in their studies and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide insightful and engaging tutorials to groups of students as part of the College's CPD programme.
• Deliver one-to-one coaching and expert advice to help students boost their skills, knowledge, and confidence.
• Collaborate with various College services and external agencies to ensure students have the resources and support needed to overcome challenges.

Requirements
• A passion for delivering high-quality educational content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with students and staff to achieve shared goals.
