We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Academic Teaching Fellow at the University of Lincoln. As a key member of our academic community, you will contribute to undergraduate teaching in our Psychology programs, supporting the academic development of our students and engaging in curriculum development to enhance pedagogical approaches.
About the Role:
In this part-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing excellent teaching and learning experiences. You will work closely with our experienced academic staff to develop and implement innovative curricula that cater to the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality teaching in our undergraduate Psychology programs
• Support the academic development of our students through mentorship and guidance
• Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement of pedagogical approaches
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £32,296 per annum (pro rata), commensurate with your experience and qualifications. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching and learning, and who are looking to develop their skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.
