We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Educator to provide exceptional teaching and assessment across FE, apprenticeship, and HE Mechanical Engineering programmes. This role prioritises creating an inclusive learning environment, upholding professional standards, and actively contributing to curriculum innovation.
About the PositionThis is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled educator to join our team at Lincoln College as a Senior Teaching Fellow in Mechanical Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment to students on Mechanical Engineering programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Assessment: Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students on Mechanical Engineering programmes, ensuring they meet academic standards and achieve their full potential.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and review of Mechanical Engineering programmes, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
- Student Support: Provide pastoral support to students, promoting a positive learning environment and encouraging them to reach their goals.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to maintain expertise and enhance teaching practice.
Salary: £39,684 per annum (pro-rata if part-time) + benefits package including Teachers' Pension Scheme, holiday entitlement, and access to Perkbox - Global Employee Benefits and Rewards Platform.
