We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Educator to provide exceptional teaching and assessment across FE, apprenticeship, and HE Mechanical Engineering programmes. About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled educator to join our team at Lincoln College as a Senior Teaching Fellow in Mechanical Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment to students on Mechanical Engineering programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Assessment: Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students on Mechanical Engineering programmes, ensuring they meet academic standards and achieve their full potential.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and review of Mechanical Engineering programmes, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Student Support: Provide pastoral support to students, promoting a positive learning environment and encouraging them to reach their goals.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to maintain expertise and enhance teaching practice.

Salary: £39,684 per annum (pro-rata if part-time) + benefits package including Teachers' Pension Scheme, holiday entitlement, and access to Perkbox - Global Employee Benefits and Rewards Platform.
