Global Payroll Manager: Financial Times Group

The Financial Times Group is seeking an experienced Deputy Payroll Manager to join our team, based in the UK or Europe. As a key member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations across EMEA, ensuring timely and accurate processing for approximately 1,800 UK and 30 international employees.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing, with a strong knowledge of GPP schemes and pension administration. Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems is also essential.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Serve as an in-house expert on payroll matters, providing advice on pay, tax, social security, pensions, and deductions.
- Coordinate and manage the payroll process from data entry to reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payroll legislation.
- Provide timely responses to employee payroll and pension queries, maintaining a high standard of integrity.

The salary for this role is estimated to be £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
