About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Financial Services Payroll Manager to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing the UK and international payrolls, including expatriate payroll and year-end reporting activities.

Your expertise will be invaluable in administering company benefits and pension schemes, ensuring timely payments and reconciliation. You will also work closely with internal teams, including benefits, global mobility, and HR, and collaborate with external providers to achieve shared goals.

In terms of compensation, we estimate the salary package to be around £65,000 + Bonus, depending on your level of experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our organization.

  • A minimum of 8 years' payroll experience is required, with UK in-house payroll experience within a regulated financial services environment essential.
  • French payroll experience is also a necessity, while experience with US and other international payrolls would be highly beneficial.
  • ADP iHCM and Workday system proficiency is desirable, as is a comprehensive understanding of financial services industry regulations.
