We are looking for a highly motivated Global Payroll Specialist to join our team at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing complex payrolls and ensuring compliance with UK legislation.

About the Job

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing multiple payroll systems, accommodating numerous employee types, and working closely with the HR and Finance teams to deliver a seamless and compliant payroll service.
  2. Developing and maintaining knowledge of payroll software and implementation processes to stay ahead of industry developments.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to payroll queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  4. Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
