About the Role:

Global Accounting Network is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across 25 locations. The ideal candidate will have experience within Financial Services, with a focus on ADP Streamline or similar payroll systems.

Job Description:

  • Process monthly payroll in a timely manner for the EMEA region.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and FCA regulations.
  • Liaise with cross-regional and country teams to resolve complex payroll issues.
  • Lead payroll-related activities across EMEA from a functional and operational perspective.
  • Collaborate with local regional teams to maintain zero tolerance on errors.
  • Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure workflow and deadlines are met.
