Job Overview: The Financial Times Group is seeking a talented Director of Global Reputation Management to lead our global communications strategy. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for shaping the FT's narrative and reputation as a leading business news and information provider.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate communications leadership roles, preferably in media, publishing, tech, or a high-profile, complex global business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive communications strategies, building relationships with senior executives and external contacts, and handling reputational issues and crises.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement proactive communications strategies to shape the FT's narrative and reputation
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and external contacts
  • Handle reputational issues and crises

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in corporate communications leadership roles
  • Proven track record in implementing successful, multichannel communications strategies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • A highly motivated self-starter and team leader with a strong interest in business, news, and current affairs

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
