Administrative Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the administration of export documentation. As an Export Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate production of export documents and invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and compliant export documentation, including commercial invoices and shipping documents
- Provide administrative support to the Export Managers, including liaison with shipping agents, export depots, and banks
- Facilitate communication with overseas sales offices and foreign customers as necessary
- Manage credit control processes, including producing statements and chasing customers or their bankers for payments
- Assist in the production of export documents and sales invoices
- Update spreadsheets with accurate information and assist in the planning of export loads
- Coordinate container bookings with ocean carriers and freight forwarders
- Process freight invoices and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
- Strong ICT skills, particularly in Excel
- Previous experience in the shipping or logistics industry is an advantage but not essential
