Job Title: Program Manager for Children and Young People's Mental Health

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Anna Freud Centre is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of our children and young people's mental health services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership and programme management, with a focus on delivering high-quality services that improve outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of program strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage a team of clinicians and support staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or social work.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical leadership and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health services and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
