Children and Young People's Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team as a Child and Family Specialist. In this role, you will work in partnership with schools, children, and families to assess and respond to the psychological needs of children experiencing social, emotional, mental health, or behavioural difficulties.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist advice and support to school staff in identifying mental health needs and accessing appropriate resources.

Responsibilities- Provide specialist advice and support to school staff in identifying mental health needs and accessing appropriate resources.
- Assess and respond to the psychological needs of children experiencing social, emotional, mental health, or behavioural difficulties.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or education.
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Excellent assessment and intervention skills.
- The ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
