Head of HR Casework Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR professional to lead our People and Capability Team's casework services. As Head of HR Casework Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of your team, providing expert advice to senior leaders, and ensuring that our work supports the department's wider aims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee relations casework, ensuring accurate, timely, and robust advice to managers.
- Provide expert advice and support to senior managers on employee relation casework matters.
- Oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, and communication of disciplinary and attendance management policies and procedures.
- Project lead the introduction of a new casework management system, ensuring accurate record keeping and value for money.
- Oversee the provision of workplace adjustments, ensuring a best practice approach.
About You
We are looking for a CIPD qualified professional with experience in HR casework, policy, and workplace adjustments. You will have a proven track record of dealing with sensitive and confidential matters at senior level. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
