About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our employee relations casework team at HM Treasury. As Head of HR Casework Services, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to senior managers on employee relation casework matters, ensuring that managers are supported with accurate, timely, and robust advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead employee relations casework within HM Treasury, ensuring that managers are supported with accurate, timely, and robust advice.
  • Provide expert, up-to-date advice and support to Treasury senior managers on employee relation casework matters.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, and communication of disciplinary and attendance management policies and procedures at HM Treasury.
  • Project lead the introduction of a new casework management system, ensuring accurate record keeping and value for money.
  • Oversee the provision of workplace adjustments, ensuring HM Treasury adopts a best practice approach.

About You

We are looking for a CIPD qualified level 7 professional with experience in overseeing a full range of HR casework, HR policy, and workplace adjustment activities. You should have a proven track record of dealing successfully with situations at senior level and of a confidential and sensitive nature.
