About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Colleague Experience. As a key member of our People function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our colleague experience strategy and ensuring that every colleague feels valued, supported, and empowered.

Main Responsibilities
  • Championing the Voice of the Colleague: You will be a primary advocate for our colleagues, ensuring their perspectives are heard and considered in all decision-making processes.
  • Oversight of Key People Aspects: You will have direct responsibility for engagement, employee relations, equity, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Driving Loyalty: Your primary mission will be to drive loyalty among our people by creating a compelling and constantly evolving colleague experience.
  • Employee Relations and ED&I Strategy: You will lead on our company-wide approach to fostering positive Employee Relations and contribute to shaping our ED&I strategy.
  • HR Administration: You will oversee our HR Helpdesk service administration team to ensure efficient and effective support for colleagues and people leaders.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have a minimum of 5 years' recent experience of working in a senior leadership People/HR role with line management and leadership experience.
  • Qualifications: You will be educated to degree level and CIPD Qualified to Level 7 (or equivalent).
  • Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build outstanding relationships and create an inspiring vision.
